Wet Spring in Kansas Raises Concerns About Mosquito Numbers

TheHorse.com reports mosquito species that are out now are not very good carriers of West Nile virus, which can be transmitted to humans and horses. Authorities hope wet Kansas' weather spring doesn't translate into a higher mosquito numbers. http://www.thehorse.com/ViewArticle.aspx?ID=9580
