The Federal Highway Administration in partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency, and Natural Resources Conservation Service, presents a sequel reference to the 1999 Roadside Use of Native Plants. The new reference features a state-by-state analysis of noxious weed law for all land managers. It also offers expert essays on the issues common to the "war on weeds" waged by all federal, State, and local agencies across the country. The reference includes educational examples that have increased public awareness at various levels.
