Database: Atlas of Florida Vascular Plants
Host: University of South Florida, Institute for Systematic Botany
Scope: The Atlas of Florida Vascular Plants is a joint effort by the Institute for Systematic Botany, the University of South Florida and the Florida Center for Community Design + Research to provide users with a comprehensive searchable database of vascular plants in the State of Florida. Data includes county by county distribution documented by herbarium specimens and complete nomenclature for all Florida taxa.

Database: National Invasive Species Database
Host: National Biodiversity Data Centre
Scope: The National Biodiversity Data Centre has established a National Invasive Species Database that will provide centralised up-to-date information on the distribution of invasive species in Ireland. This database will play a key role in recording, monitoring and surveillance programs. The Invasive Species Ireland project has prioritised Ireland's most unwanted species and to support this initiative the National Invasive Species Database will initially concentrate on collating data on these 26 species (these include terrestrial, freshwater and aquatic species).

Database: Invasive Plant Atlas of the Midsouth
Host: Mississippi State University, GeoResources Institute
Scope: The Invasive Plant Atlas of the MidSouth will provide information on the biology, distribution, and best management practices for forty weedy plant species. This database will be developed in collaboration with national USGS and other agency databases and structures, and the Invasive Plant Atlas of New England, with mechanisms and procedures in place to ensure data transmission both upward and downward to the local level for rapid assessment and response.

Database: Southern Forest Inventory and Analysis Nonnative Invasive Data Tool
Host: USDA, Forest Service, Southern Research Station
Scope: Includes data and summaries on the current distribution of the 33 invasive plants covered in Nonnative Invasive Plants of Southern Forests and the additional 20 forest invasive plants in Florida. Database: EDDMapS - Early Detection and Distribution Mapping System
Host: University of Georgia's Center for Invasive Species and Ecosystem Health
Scope: Early Detection and Distribution Mapping System, provides a more accurate picture of the distribution of invasive species. EDDMapS will allow land managers, agencies and others to set priorities for early detection and rapid response , as well as formulate overall invasive plant management action plans. Includes distribution data by species and by county.

Host: BayScience Foundation, Inc.
Scope: Zipcode Zoo's location-based platform enables visitors to view information on invasive species, species that are threatened and all species that live in a specific geographic area or zip code. ZipCode Zoo's online field guide for professional and amateur naturalists has grown to 2.7 million species pages.

Database: EPPO Databases
Host: European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization
Scope: Various databases - 1) EPPO Plant Protection Thesaurus - online database which provides preferred scientific names, synonyms, common names, EPPO codes, and taxonomic relationships of organisms important in agriculture and crop protection; 2) EPPO Database on Diagnostic Expertise for Experts - experts from more than 100 diagnostic laboratories of the EPPO region have provided details about the pests they can diagnose and the methods they use; 3) EPPO Database on Quarantine Pests - provides detailed information on the geographical distribution and host plants of quarantine pests. Its search tools also allow the users to identify commodities which are able to act as pathways in international trade for the movement of pests and diseases.
