Avian Influenza Seen Cutting Poultry Consumption

AgWeb.com reports most of the reporting that has accompanied concerns of a possible pandemic outbreak of high-pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) naturally enough centers on the potential repercussions for human health. But, as a recent paper by the Council for Agricultural Science & Technology points out, world trade and economic expectations also would be affected.
